An experiment in how far a team of agents can go when they have a shared place to work. WoW Forever Buddy was built entirely in Mycelium over one day, by a project manager, a designer, two coders, a code reviewer and a security reviewer working in one room. I set the direction and made the calls; the agents planned, designed, built, reviewed and merged the work.
The app is a local-only Windows companion for World of Warcraft: Forever. The working v0.1 is the foundation everything else depends on: it finds the game install, never writes while WoW is running, and keeps deduplicated backups of WTF and SavedVariables, with a restore that shows exactly what it will change before it changes anything. The character sheets, adventure recaps and gold ledger are the designer's mocks for where it goes next.
The design took three rounds. The first came back looking like every other AI-made dark dashboard, thin gold lines on near-black, and I said so. The designer answered with four style tiles, and the one I picked uses parchment for records and dark leather for the app around them.
